Shipping Rates and Information
US Standard Delivery
We ship most orders within 24 hours Monday - Friday. We will ship your package either by USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or UPS from our Northampton MA warehouse. Delivery takes from 3-5 business days depending on where you live. If you would like your order sooner, we offer both Second-Day and Next-Day UPS delivery options. They are described below and may be selected during online checkout.
U.S. Second Day and Next Day Delivery
Orders received Monday - Friday before 12:00 PM ET will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM ET are scheduled to ship the next business day. All Second Day and Next Day packages are delivered Monday - Friday. Our second-day and Next Day air carrier is UPS. UPS residential deliveries generally arrive by 8:00 PM. Second Day and Next Day delivery is not available to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address. Second-day and Next Day delivery is not available for orders being shipped outside the U.S.

APO/FPO and US Territories
Orders being delivered to APO/FPO and U.S. territories are considered domestic packages and are shipped via domestic carrier. Second Day and Next Day delivery are not available.
Delivery to Canada
Canadian orders are shipped via air mail and are scheduled to arrive within 14 - 21 days depending on the destination. – Packages of 4 or more items may exceed the posted amount and you will be contacted by customer service for approval of new total prior to shipping your order.
Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt. Motherwear has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be. For more information please contact your local Customs agency. Second Day and Next Day delivery are not available.
Delivery to International Destinations
(outside the U.S. and Canada)
International orders are shipped via air mail and are scheduled to arrive within 14 - 21 days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt. Motherwear has no control over these charges nor can we predict what they may be. For more information please contact your local Customs agency. Second Day and Next Day delivery are not available.
A Special Note for our International Customers:
Due to rising international shipping costs and delays, we ship only complete orders to destinations outside the U.S. The shipping rates in the table above are only estimates. Should your order cost more than the estimated amount, you will be contacted by customer service for your approval of the new total prior to shipping. We are unable to ship backordered items for our international customers. Should your order include an item that is backordered, that item will be removed from your order, and the remainder of the order will be processed and shipped. Availability information can be obtained at this website, contacting us via email at customerservice@motherwear.com or by calling Customer Service at 1-413-533-4385. We would be happy to substitute an available item to your order, assuming it has not yet shipped, or to process another order for you. If a second order is processed, you are responsible for shipping costs on that order.
