Standard Delivery
We ship most orders within 24 hours Monday-Friday (not including holidays). Delivery takes from 3-5 business days. Typical delivery to Canada is 7-14 days. Canadian customers are responsible for all local duties and taxes. No Overnight or Next day delivery available to Canada.

For shipment to APO or FPO addresses please allow 14 business days; sorry, Second Day and Next Day delivery are not available.

We will ship your package either by USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail, or UPS ground. If you would like your order sooner, we offer both Second Day and Next Day UPS delivery options. They are described below and may be selected during online checkout.

U.S. Second Business Day Delivery
Orders received Monday-Friday before 12:00 PM ET (not including holidays) will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM ET are scheduled to ship the next business day.* All 2nd Day packages are delivered Monday-Friday only (not including holidays).

U.S. Next Business Day Delivery
Orders received Monday-Friday before 12:00 PM ET (not including holidays) will be shipped the same business day. Orders received after 12:00 PM ET are scheduled to ship the next business day.* All Next Day packages are delivered Monday-Friday only (not including holidays).

Second Day and Next Day delivery are not available to P.O. Boxes. You must provide a street address.

Second day and Next Day delivery is not available for orders being shipped outside the U.S.

*Any backordered items in your order will be shipped via ground service as soon as they become available.

Delivery to International Destinations (outside the U.S. and Canada)
International orders are shipped via air mail and are scheduled to arrive within 7-14 days depending on the destination. Customers are responsible for all duties and taxes upon receipt. For more information please contact your local Customs agency. Second Day and Next Day delivery are not available.

A Special Note for our International Customers:
Due to rising international shipping costs and delays, we ship only complete orders to destinations outside the U.S. The shipping rates in the table above are only estimates. Should your order cost more than the estimated amount, you will be contacted by customer service for your approval of the new total prior to shipping. We are unable to ship backordered items for our international customers. Should your order include an item that is backordered, that item will be removed from your order, and the remainder of the order will be processed and shipped. We would be happy to substitute an available item to your order, assuming it has not yet shipped, or to process another order for you. If a second order is processed, you are responsible for shipping costs on that order.
